Important Notes Regarding Reservations
- Strict Adherence to Occupancy Limits
- Access and stay are strictly prohibited for anyone other than the guests declared at the time of reservation.
If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, we may charge an additional fee or refuse the stay on the spot (without refund).
Security cameras are installed outdoors near the entrance for crime prevention and to verify the number of guests. Thank you for your understanding.
- Noise & Consideration for Neighbors
- This facility is located in a quiet residential area.
To show consideration for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum both inside and outside the room during the night (after 9:00 PM).
Parties, events, loud conversations, and the playing of musical instruments are strictly prohibited inside the room.
- Strictly Non-Smoking
- The entire building and its premises are strictly non-smoking, including electronic and heated tobacco products.
If smoking is discovered, we will charge a special cleaning fee (actual cost) and compensation for damages during the period the room cannot be used for subsequent guests.
- How to Use Room Facilities
- The furniture and interiors in this facility have been carefully selected to ensure you have a high-quality stay. Please treat them with care, as you would in your own home.
In the event of removal, damage, loss, or staining of any equipment or amenities, we will charge for the full repair cost or the actual replacement price.
- Cleaning & Housekeeping for Multi-night Stays
- Cleaning services and the replacement of towels and linens are not provided during your stay.
For long-term stays, please use the in-room washing machine and manage your laundry independently.
- Lost Property & Luggage Handling
- If items left behind need to be shipped, they will be sent via cash on delivery (shipping fees paid by the guest).
Disposal of oversized waste (such as suitcases) is not permitted. If disposal is required, a separate disposal fee will be charged.
- Cancellation Policy
- Regarding cancellations after the booking is confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
Up to 7 days before check-in: Free of charge
6 to 1 day(s) before check-in: 50% of the room charge
On the day of arrival or No-show: 100% of the room charge

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
